Whether we choose to define our health in terms of our physical or mental condition is up to us.

According to this definition, all people should be able to enjoy the highest attainable level of health without distinctions such as race, political belief, and economic status. Numerous nation states have endorsed this right in their constitutions and are legally obligated to safeguard access to quality health services and provide the conditions necessary to improve and maintain health. The idea behind this movement is to redefine the concept of health by considering the way that we live today.
Physical health has many facets. It includes the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle that protects breathing, heart, muscles, flexibility, and the composition of our body. The ability to live a healthy lifestyle can also help people cope with stress and improve overall quality of life. However, mental illness is closely linked to physical health and can negatively impact one or both areas of life. In such cases, it is best to focus on maintaining balance in all aspects of life.
