Sports are competitive, physically intense physical activities. There’s absolutely nothing here that could be considered “life lessons”. For instance, losing can develop personal resilience and winning can build resilience.

And sports teach us not to take ourselves too seriously; that sometimes we should put in a little effort to achieve greater success and just because we’re going up in height doesn’t mean we should go out there and conquer Mount Everest! In fact, it might be a good idea to put your efforts in building up personal strength and resilience before going for such ambitious feat like conquering Mount Everest.
